CORE VALUES

1. you can belong before you believe.

You don’t have to believe everything we believe before you can belong here. We believe Jesus met people right where they were, and we want to do the same. You don’t have to get your life together before you walk through our doors. Bring your questions. Come as you are. There’s a place for you here.

2. It’s okay to not be okay.

We’re not a church for perfect people, because that church would be empty. We want this to be a place where you can be honest about your struggles, your doubts, and your mess. You don’t have to pretend here. God meets us right where we are, but He loves us too much to leave us there.

3. you can’t do life alone.

We believe life is better together. Circles are better than rows, because real life-change happens when we’re known, loved, challenged, and encouraged by others. God designed us for community, not isolation. We’re committed to helping everyone find their people, because life was never meant to be lived alone.

4. Growing people change.

Following Jesus isn’t a moment; it’s a journey. None of us have arrived, and none of us are finished. We’ll never confuse being comfortable with being complete. We keep taking our next step toward Jesus. God is always working, transformation is always possible, and because of Christ, our best days don’t have to be behind us.

5. Saved people serve people.

We’re not just saved from something. We’re saved for something. Jesus came to serve, and we’re committed to following His lead. We’re contributors, not consumers. We don’t sit on the sidelines. We step in. We bring what we have, use what God has given us, and look for ways to make a difference. No act of service is too small, and no gift is insignificant. We don’t wait to be served. We look for someone to serve.

6. found people find people.

If you’re part of this church, you’re part of the search. Jesus found us, and we can’t keep that to ourselves. We’ll never forget what it felt like to be the one who wasn’t here yet. So we build relationships, extend invitations, and always make room for one more. We will never stop reaching for people who are far from God, because every person matters to God, and every person matters to us.

7. grateful people are generous people.

Everything we have is a gift from God, and gratitude changes the way we hold it. Because God has been so generous to us, we choose to be generous with others. With our time, our resources, our encouragement, and our love, we live open-handed lives. We don’t give out of obligation. We give out of overflow.

8. god deserves our best.

God deserves our best, not our leftovers. We believe excellence honors God and inspires people. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well. That doesn’t mean we try to do everything. In fact, it means the opposite. We’d rather do a few things with excellence than a hundred things halfway. We bring our best to whatever God puts in our hands, because anything we do for Him is worth doing well.
